These are the popular/expensive factories. (somewhat in order, of npc selling price)

When you're first starting off, you can 'sell to npc', the products you get from these factories for quick gold.

Once you have enough gold, save up some of the products that are restaurant menu ingredients.

Try to keep some extras (around 3~5) of each of the seed factory products stored in your inventory because it will help you save some time doing the weekly quests, which require one quest that asks you to sell a seed factory product.
